The successful research and manufacture of SBY6-800 flexible six-color continuous printing press (four-color on front, two-color at back) for plastic woven bag has filled the gap of domestic continuous printing of plastic woven bag on front and back. The press has the function of continuous printing and can mould in a time for four-color on front and two-color on back and decrease labor strength and raise productivity. It may reach 20-50m/min. It adapts imported transducer to control. So its operation is constant. It adapts advanced reticulate pattern to feed ink. So the ink is uniform and the ink color is saturated. It has many advantages such as reasonable structure, easy to adjust and operate and maintain, etc.

The structure of whole press: It consists of electric feeding, automatic device to correct an error, magnetic powder breaker to control tensile, adjusting system of radial error, ink pump to feed ink automatically, dry apparatus of electric heat hot air cycle oven, take-in device of torque motor and etc. May choose automatic edge folded, punching and cut device, windin adapts torque motor.
